How to change a Color Picture to Black and white picture using Photoshop

Open Photoshop
Open the picture from Photoshop
Goto menu Image --> Mode --> Grayscale

If you have multiple layers it will ask you to Flatten. Select flatten to merge all layers or else select Don't flatten

Done.
Save the Image and close Photoshop.
